Do you have an idea for a novel you’re eager to write but don’t know how to get started? In this six-week class you’ll work on developing your synopsis, outline and pitch. You’ll identify potential points of view for telling your story and learn tools for developing vivid characters that come to life on the page. Receive helpful handouts, engage in class discussions and get feedback on your writing from the instructor and your peers.

About the Instructor
Zoe Fishman is the bestselling author of Inheriting Edith, Driving Lessons, Saving Ruth and Balancing Acts. Her books have been translated into Hebrew, German, Italian, Dutch and Polish. She's the recipient of myriad awards, including an IndieNext Pick, Target's Breakout and Emerging Author Picks, a NY Post Pick, a Mom's Choice Award and a Barnes & Noble Hot Read. In April 2017, she was SCAD Atlanta's Visiting Writer. Zoe worked in the New York publishing industry in the editorial department for Random House, the rights department of Simon & Schuster and as a literary agent.
